Additionally, more than 130 delegates attended the event, representing provincial department leadership, IT industry enterprises, public and private museums, both large and small-scale startups, and IT specialists from various levels of government within the region, all of whom expressed their interest and participation in the seminar.

With the theme "Digital Transformation, New Technologies Supporting Conservation and Festivals," the seminar "Connecting Reality with Digital: Thua Thien Hue Province's Digital Transformation and its Support for Conservation and Festivals" aimed to introduce emerging technology trends, such as NFTs, Blockchain, Web 3, and the integration of the real and digital worlds in digitizing cultural artifacts. It also aimed to explore experimenting with the digital space for precious artifacts and foster the exchange of experiences related to digital transformation in heritage preservation between domestic and international experts.

In his opening remarks at the seminar, Mr. Hoang Viet Trung, Director of Hue Monuments Conservation Center, emphasized the importance of digital transformation in their mission to manage, preserve, and enhance the value of the Nguyen Dynasty heritage and the associated environmental landscape. He highlighted that digital transformation has become an integral part of their efforts to manage and leverage the existing heritage assets. The application of information technology in digitizing data across various sectors has yielded positive results. He expressed the center's desire for continued engagement and advice from experts, especially in the field of information technology, to contribute to the conservation and promotion of Hue's heritage on the world stage.

Mr. Nguyen Long, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Vietnam Computer Association, delivered a welcoming speech at the seminar.

Mr. Nguyen Long, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Vietnam Computer Association, added: "Thanks to the attention and support from the provincial government of Thua Thien Hue, the collaboration between the Thua Thien Hue Province Information Technology Center and the proactive participation of Hue Monuments Conservation Center, the seminar 'Connecting Reality with Digital: Thua Thien Hue Province's Digital Transformation and its Support for Conservation and Festivals' was quickly organized. At this seminar, for the first time, attendees had the opportunity to engage with and learn from IT experts through digital technology products provided by the Phygital Labs group, facilitated by the Thua Thien Hue Province Information Technology Center.

Through these products, IT experts aimed to share their knowledge and experience, as well as new technologies like blockchain, to establish, identify, verify, and enhance transparency in the context of Hue's museums, particularly with the national treasures located in Hue. This approach aims to promote wider access, utilization, and ownership of artifacts according to individual preferences, while still under the management of Thua Thien Hue. It allows people to see the potential of data utilization in conservation and festivals, connecting the real world of Thua Thien Hue to the digital space. We believe this could be an exemplary project not only in Vietnam but also in Southeast Asia and Asia at large. Furthermore, we hope that all resources and assets of Thua Thien Hue, not just conservation and museums, will join this effort to spread the true values of Thua Thien Hue in the digital realm and create value through digital resource utilization.

During the seminar, participants and guests were presented with the following lectures: 'Digital Assets - Digital Economy and the Vietnamese Perspective' by Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Binh Minh, Director of the Center for Technology and Digital Economy at Hanoi University of Science and Technology; 'Data and Heritage' by Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Huu Hanh, Director of the International Training Center at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology; 'Some Results of Digital Transformation in the Hue Monuments Conservation Center: Achievements and Recommendations' by Mr. Hoang Bao Hung, Director of the Thua Thien Hue Province Information Technology Center."
