In 2023, VINASA has chosen the theme "Connecting Data - Creating Happiness" in line with the Year of Digital Data. Activities throughout the year will focus on promoting the development of reference data architectures for agencies and organizations, establishing connections between businesses and government agencies (B2G) and between businesses (B2B) to generate and leverage data for the advancement of digital government, digital economy, digital society, environmental improvement, and the overall well-being of citizens and businesses.

Thua Thien Hue Digital Transformation Week 2023 will span three days and feature a wide range of activities, including three seminars and in-depth discussions on connecting key economic sectors in the Central Region and advancing digital transformation for businesses (B2B), covering topics like customer management, sales management, marketing, and communication. The event will also include exhibitions and the introduction of digital solution platforms, as well as the signing of digital transformation cooperation agreements between agencies, businesses, and departments in Thua Thien Hue.

As part of the Thua Thien Hue Digital Transformation Week 2023, a nationwide competition and the Award Ceremony for "VietFuture 2023 – Future Innovation Awards" will be held. This annual award is organized by VINASA and is open to innovative startup projects by students from universities and colleges across the country, as well as projects commissioned by businesses. The Digital Transformation Forum – Hue 2023 is expected to attract a diverse audience, with over 1,000 delegates participating in the conference, more than 100 technology companies and tech application providers taking part in the event, and over 1,000 delegates visiting the exhibition.

As part of Thua Thien Hue Digital Transformation Week 2023, there will be a National Competition and the Award Ceremony for the Future Innovation Award - VietFuture 2023. This is an annual award organized by VINASA starting from 2023, aimed at recognizing innovative startup projects by students from universities and colleges nationwide, as well as projects commissioned by businesses.

The Digital Transformation Forum - Hue 2023 is expected to attract participation from over 1,000 delegates attending the conference, more than 100 technology companies and tech application providers participating in the event, and over 1,000 delegates visiting the exhibition.
