Attending the meeting from YST South Korea were Mr. Jeon Young Saeng, General Director; Mr. Han Sang Il, Business Division Director; Mr. Lee Ju Hoon, Deputy Manager of the Business Division; and Ms. Park Eun Jung, Director of YST Vietnam Branch.
Representing HueCIT were Mr. Le Vinh Chien, Director; Mr. Do Xuan Huyen, Head of the Training and Development Department; Ms. Hoang Thi Ngoc Dung, Head of the Planning and General Affairs Department; Ms. Nguyen Thi Tram, Deputy Head of the Digital Transformation Department, along with the media team responsible for HueCIT's communications.
YST Korea Leaders at HueCIT
During the meeting, representing HueCIT, Dr. Do Xuan Huyen, Head of the Training and Development Department, provided detailed information on the teaching and learning activities for the 3D Max and ZBrush graphics training course, which was launched on July 18, 2024, at HueCIT.
According to the program framework, the 3D Max and ZBrush graphics training course at HueCIT aims to provide specialized training in 3D graphics, focusing on virtual reality content development. The course also serves as a recruitment pathway for internships and employment at YST Korea. With the collaboration and financial support from YST Co., Ltd. (South Korea), nearly 30 students have been participating in the course free of charge.

After the first two months of the program, HueCIT will evaluate each student’s progress and performance to select the top eight students to continue the next 2.5 months of training, which will be directly taught by Korean instructors. At the end of the course, the two best-performing students will be offered the opportunity to work at YST Vietnam, the 3D graphics company from South Korea. The training program is expected to run until November 2024.
Acknowledging the challenges, efforts, and professionalism of HueCIT in coordinating the entrusted training for the 3D Max and ZBrush graphics program, YST Korea representatives shared additional details and collaboration plans to ensure the training proceeds as scheduled and meets YST's quality expectations. Moreover, with a high level of trust, YST Korea discussed new technological aspects and explored the potential for collaboration, consultation, and support from HueCIT in education, training, and healthcare projects that YST plans to undertake in the future.

The meeting successfully finalized the collaborative efforts between YST and HueCIT for the effective implementation of the 3D Max and ZBrush graphics training course. It also paved the way for numerous collaboration opportunities aimed at advancing IT applications in education, training, and healthcare for the Thua Thien Hue region.
