This activity aims to respond to the hand-over conference the Science and Technology Industry of The North Central provinces on August 15th in Thua Thien Hue and honour the scientists who have great contribution and dedication, create the practical application products, develop economy and society, protect environment, and strengthen the connection and cooperation, exchange experience, introduce and promote scientific and technological products to the enterprises, management units.
